Affect Cause Fitness and Life proudly presents “Calisthenics in the City”
• Groups of 10 will follow me for a route through the city where we will either walk or light jog mixed in with Calisthenics (body-weight exercises).

You can be at any fitness level, have an open mind and be ready to have fun, see the city in a new light.

We see the city as a place of business, recreation, entertainment so why not now look at the city as your GYM also! • There will be an option for just ladies on Thursday and another option for both ladies and men on Saturday. Currently I am looking to have one session, perhaps increasing to two per day when the demand also increases.
• I will teach basic Calisthenics for anyone of all fitness levels, provide professional instruction, positive encouragement, and all you have to do is bring yourself, a can-do attitude, smile and a small bottle of water you can jog or walk with.
